Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 48hr exchange policy which means you have 48hrs after receiving your item to request an exchange of item if item is somehow defective from no fault of shipping.
Since TikTok Live Tees and other merchandise are made on Live in front of the customer, WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for items made during live. We double check all of our items before they leave the door for quality purposes. However, if something is missed that we did not notice the 48 hr policy applies as stated above for a duplicate item.
If item comes to you damaged from shipping, please reach out to whichever shipping method was used, either UPS or USPS and file a claim with them.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the returned item is accepted and evaluated, We will then determine if the item is deemed for a new item replacement. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent the same item at no cost to you within 14 days from when we receive the returned item. Do not send item to us without communicating what is going on first.
